Download RustDesk, already set up for our servers.

Windows

Download for Windows
  1. Open the file you downloaded. It's already set up, so there's nothing to configure. Don't rename it.
  2. Click Install to keep RustDesk on this PC, or just use it from the window that opens.
  3. Give your technician the ID shown in RustDesk.

Mac

Apple silicon Intel
  1. Open the download, drag RustDesk into Applications, then open it.
  2. Copy the server settings:
  3. In RustDesk, go to Settings → Network → Unlock network settings → ID/Relay server, click the paste icon, then OK.
  4. Give your technician the ID shown in RustDesk.
